A PERSONAL PRACTICE
Yoga & the Journey Inward.
"Beyond the corporate world. Towards a more conscious way of living."
A DIFFERENT CHAPTER
"Eight years in one world. A decision to explore another."
I spent almost eight years working in the corporate world. During COVID, I decided to leave that professional life behind — not in one sudden moment, but as a decision that had been forming beneath a life that no longer felt like my own. It marked an important change in my personal direction.
My interest in yoga grew through my own practice and through reading Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. That interest eventually led me to formal yoga education through Patanjali. I completed a 200-hour Assistant Yoga Teacher certification, and I have since completed the ceremony associated with my next Yoga Teacher training. The formal certificate itself is still awaited.
This is not a story of an overnight transformation. It is a record of a direction changed, one step at a time — and of a practice I continue to learn from.

AN IMPORTANT MOMENT
"A moment along the journey."
Baba Ramdev is an iconic figure who did more than almost anyone to bring yoga into everyday life across India. To be received by him at Patanjali — presented with a Rudraksha mala and traditional ceremonial cloth — was an honour, and a moment I will not forget.
It is also a moment, not a credential. He did not teach me personally, he did not issue any certification, and this photograph is not an endorsement of my teaching. It is simply one moment along the journey.
